Welcome to Copilo.io, an AI media generation platform. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm you are of legal age and can form a binding agreement.

2. Service Use

Our platform allows you to:

• Generate AI media using text prompts
• Save and share your generated media
• Create accounts to manage your content

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Payments

Our service uses a subscription-based model with credits allocated monthly:

• We offer monthly and annual subscription plans at prices displayed at checkout
• Each subscription tier provides a set number of credits per month for media generation
• Credits refresh with each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next period
• Different media types consume different amounts of credits (images and videos)
• Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• We use Stripe as our payment processor, and all transactions are secure and encrypted

Subscription Plans:

• Starter: Free tier with limited access to generate up to 10 images
• Creator: $15/month ($149/year) with 110 credits - suitable for up to 110 images or 20 videos
• Creator Pro: $29/month ($290/year) with 250 credits - suitable for up to 250 images or 50 videos
• Studio: $79/month ($789/year) with unlimited image and video generation

All subscriptions are subject to our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with notice.

4. Content & Ownership

You own the media files you generate with our service. You're free to use them commercially or non-commercially as you wish, with these important notes:

• You grant us permission to store your content on our servers
• We may use anonymized data about how you use the service to improve our AI models
• We don't claim ownership of your generated media or prompts

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or appears illegal.

5. Prohibited Uses

Please don't use our service to:

• Generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
• Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Generate deepfakes of real people without their consent
• Create sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
• Overwhelm or damage our service through automated means

We may terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

6. Disclaimers

Our AI media generation service is provided "as is":

• We can't guarantee the service will always be available
• Generation results may vary and might not perfectly match your prompts
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months
• We're not responsible for how you use the generated media

Refund Policy

Subscription cancellations and refunds:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• When you cancel, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
• We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time
• Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 14 days of purchase
• We may issue refunds at our discretion for technical failures that significantly impair service usage

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
